Privacy
Short version: your films are saved encrypted in your ReelDue account. We keep only what we need to run the app, and you can delete everything yourself.

What we store and why

No analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies. We send no marketing email: only sign-in codes and messages about your account.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and the database and runs the anti-bot check (United States).
- Resend sends our emails, such as your sign-in code. It keeps email logs for up to 30 days (United States).
- Lemon Squeezy is the store and merchant of record. Its own privacy policy applies to purchases.
How long we keep it
- Your account and films: for as long as you have the account.
- When you delete your account, everything is removed except one thing: a one-way fingerprint of your email, kept so the same person cannot start a free trial again and again. It cannot be turned back into your email.
- Server restore copies (safety backups) expire within 30 days, so deleted data is gone from them by then.
Your couples' details
If you enter your clients' names, dates or notes, you decide what goes in and why. We store them for you and use them only to run ReelDue. You are responsible for having your clients' OK to keep their details.
Legal basis
We use this data to provide the service you asked for, and to prevent abuse (our legitimate interest).
Your rights
You can download a copy of your films inside the app at any time. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data: email [email protected]. To delete your account and data yourself, use the form below.
Deleting is permanent. If you bought Pro and want a refund, email us first.
